YLSBTQ ships out orders from Los Angeles, CA.
PLEASE allow all orders to be in "PRE-TRANSIT" status for up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS (weekends and holiday's not included) as USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID crisis.
all orders (that are not pre-orders or custom pieces) have a processing time of 2-3 business days.
pre-orders have an additional processing time of 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
custom pieces (tie dye, inicial collection) have a total processing time of 10 BUSINESS DAYS. all tie dye pieces are hand dyed by YLSBTQ.
orders cannot be canceled after they are fulfilled on our end.
curbside pickup is free. email order confirmation will be asked for upon arrival.

please DO NOT arrive to pickup your order unless you have received a pickup notification AND notified us of your arrival time.
if you are not local and have chosen curbside pickup as your delivery option, you WILL be invoiced for ALL shipping costs. this also applies if you have chosen curbside pickup and can no longer pickup, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
ALL orders are currently shipped and fulfilled through USPS.

YLSBTQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. once a package has been received by USPS we are no longer liable.
in the unfortunate event that a package is lost in transit, please contact USPS before emailing us.
we are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages showing confirmed delivery to provided address, in this case CONTACT USPS. in addition, we are not responsible for being provided with incorrect shipping addresses. if you have provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us via email or through instagram DM immediately.
due to COVID-19, we are NOT accepting returns or providing exchanges in order to eliminate any risk of cross contamination.
if you have been provided with a different size, style, or color item from which you ordered please email us (please provide your order number) and we will do our best to work out a solution.
